He was responsible for engineering the control system for Siemen's "Seagen" subsea tidal turbine, generating thousands of MWHrs of clean electricity. He has considerable practical marine experience, having developed a range of systems that operate in punishing marine environments. Felix trained as both a mechanical and control systems engineer and is the lead technical authority for the design of new products at Reygar.

Marine innovation company Reygar has successfully tested its StemTIDE dynamic positioning (DP) control system on the 60 x 22m multi-purpose barge “Mormaen 15”. In a project backed by Innovate UK, the Keynvor Morlift (KML) owned barge was converted to take twin 430kW modular deck mounted azimuth thrusters and the StemTIDE DP system.
